The Mission Ranch Beef Co. has four product packages to choose from.
But first, please note that All Mission Ranch Beef Co. Products are:

  • Vacuum sealed
  • USDA Inspected
  • Priced for cut weight, including all processing fees (no calculations necessary and no hidden fees).
  • Priced for free local delivery. For out of state purchases, shipping is available for an additional cost.
  • Made to Order. In other words, we do not process your beef until you place your order. Thus, you can rest assured you’ll receive the freshest beef possible. However, this also means:
    • The amount, cost, and cuts of beef you receive may vary. Actual cost and cuts will depend on cattle weight at the time of processing.
    • Beef will be available for delivery on a first come, first served basis. Since it takes three months to grain, process, and age your beef, we will contact you upon receipt of your order to give you an approximate due date for your beef and make delivery arrangements.
  • Available for Custom orders. Please contact us for more information.



Mission Ranch Beef Co. Product Packages:

A non-refundable deposit is required to submit an order for beef. The remaining balance will be calculated based on actual cut weight of your order and due prior to delivery or shipment of the beef.


  • Whole Beef

    Approximately 440 lbs. @ $4.50 per pound - Total cost: $1980

    • 240 lbs. of 90% lean ground beef

    • 200 lbs. of Steaks and Roasts


  • Half Beef

    Approximately 220 lbs. @ $4.75 per pound - Total Cost: $1045

    • 120 lbs. of 90% lean ground beef

    • 100 lbs. of Steaks and Roasts


  • Quarter Beef

    Approximately 110 lbs. of beef @ $5.00 per pound - Total cost: $550

    • 60 lbs. of 90% lean ground beef

    • 50 lbs. of Steaks and Roasts


  • Eighth Beef

    Approximately 55 lbs. of beef @ $5.50 per pound - Total cost: $303

    • 30 lbs. of 90% lean ground beef

    • 25 lbs. of Steaks and Roasts
